      In this job training and placement project, you’ll learn all the skills required to become a valued member of a superyacht crew as a deckhand or a stewardess. For those with special interest, there are also opportunities to train as a skipper. At the yacht crew training school, you’ll be trained in personal and crew safety, including marine, medical, and fire. Before you attend, you’ll also be able to take YCA-certified online training modules dealing with all aspects of your work onboard. When you finish, you will be provided with a full-featured employment assistance package: agency and job access, CV support, reference letters, and program access to help you find the perfect job!

      The ideal participant in this experience is adventurous, fit, and independent, and enjoys making friends and working together with people from all over the world. Accommodations during the training period are available with the deluxe package.
